The Stevenson Boys Swim and Dive Team 2012-2013 are the Division Champions for the first time since 2009 and Stevenson Boys Swim and Dive Team of 2012-2013 are the official Conference Champions. The last 4 years were hard, because Stevenson's arch-rival is Northville, and in the 2010 Central Division, Northville beat Stevenson by 200 points, and that was heart-breaking, especially for Boys Swim and Dive Coach Jeff Shoemaker. For the Kensington Conference, Northville Mustangs beat the Stevenson Spartans by almost 300 points, placing Northville into 1st Place, Stevenson into 2nd Place. In 2011, for Central Division, Northville beat the Spartans big time and the Spartans are in 4th place for the Central Division of 2011, very big loss. Now for the 2011, Kensington Conference, Northville once again beat out Stevenson and dropped Stevenson to 5th Place for the Conference. The Division Champions for 2010-2011 is Northville, with Canton (South Division) being crowned the Kensington Conference Champions. In 2012, Northville beat the Spartans again for the 3rd time. For Central Division, Northville beat Stevenson by 150 points, dropping the Stevenson Spartans to 2nd place and placing Northville in 1st place once again. It was a close-meet, but hard to watch Northville vs. Spartans in Swimming. For Kensington Conference Meet @ South Lyon East, Northville beat Stevenson Spartans in the Kensington Conference by 130.5 points and dropping the Stevenson Spartans in 3rd place, having South Lyon in 2nd place, and keeping Northville's title for 1st place. In 2013, Stevenson made a promise that when the Swimmers of 2013 graduate, they would beat Northville. In 2013, the Stevenson Spartans at Central Division beat Northville by 46 points. For the Kensington Conference, the Spartans beat Northville by 85 points. That is great effort the Spartans put in and their wish came true.
